A.T. Kearney's Quality Assurance Program

Our quality management approach ensures that execution of all initiatives and critical deliverables will satisfy predefined control parameters for maximum benefit realization. This process provides guidelines for the proactive identification of quality issues as well as mitigation and intervention solutions. Critical tasks involved include development of a quality management plan, support of quality audits, and enforcement of program standards and guidance.

We employ our Build Quality In (BQI) toolbox to consistently highlight key dimensions of excellent client work, document best practices, and ensure continuous improvement with updated needs and knowledge. BQI helps consultants to maintain quality work over varying industries in disparate conditions. Our overall quality management approach increases the likelihood that predefined control parameters needed for benefit realization are satisfied, minimizes rework, helps project managers achieve their goals, and optimizes achievement of benefits by ensuring that quality standards and processes are in place at all levels.
