Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board

Paul was elected managing officer of A.T. Kearney and took office in September 2006; he was re-elected to a second term in 2009. Paul is the seventh person to lead the firm in its 80-year history.

He joined the firm in 1991 and was the founder and Managing Director of A.T. Kearney’s Global Business Policy Council, which is among the consulting industry’s longest-standing strategic services for CEOs. He has more than 25 years of global consulting and management experience in industry, government and research institutions. During  Paul’s consulting career he has provided leadership in the areas of global business strategy, risk management and foreign direct investment.

Paul is the author of numerous articles and books, including World Out of Balance (McGraw-Hill, 2005), and was named one of the “Top 25 Most Influential Consultants” by Consulting Magazine in 2005 and 2007.

Global Chief Operating Officer

John Yoshimura is Global Chief Operating Officer.

In addition to his current role, John has served as the Managing Director of Asia Pacific, Unit Leader for North America and Southeast Asia/India/China, and Leader of the Operations Practice for Asia. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors.

John joined A.T. Kearney in 1987 and has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience in operations, strategy, cost reduction and growth.

In particular, John is focused on large-scale change, as well as major transformation programs, corporate strategy, restructuring and post-merger integration.

Head of Americas

Marcy Beitle is a Partner with A.T. Kearney and is based in New York. As the Lead Partner for the Americas, Marcy has responsibility for the management of A.T. Kearney in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and all of Latin America. Prior to her current position, she was a key member of the firm’s North America Leadership Team and led the firm’s Organization & Transformation Practice.

Marcy has more than 15 years of management consulting experience focusing on companies in the Consumer Products and Retail, and Financial Services industries. She led the firm’s Organization & Transformation practice from 2005–2009, helping establish A.T. Kearney as a leader in strategic growth transformation. Marcy is also a member of the A.T. Kearney Diversity Council and leads the Global Women’s Consulting Network. In 2009 she was named one of Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting.

Marcy received an MBA in Strategy and Management from The Wharton School, and a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Dickinson College.

Head of Asia Pacific

John was appointed Head of Asia Pacific in January 2011.

Prior to this role, John served on the Board of A.T. Kearney from 2007-2010 and has served the firm as Unit leader for Southeast Asia and for India. He has also led the Communications and High-Tech practice for Asia.

John joined A.T. Kearney in 1994 and has been based in Singapore, Chicago and Jakarta. He has broad-ranging expertise in strategy, transformation and operations across multiple industry sectors.

Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa

Johan was named head of A.T. Kearney’s operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa in January 2009.

Previously, Johan served as Unit leader for the Benelux region and was a member of A.T. Kearney’s Board of Directors. He also led the Consumer Goods and Retail Practice in Europe.

Johan joined the firm in 1989 and has worked in both North America and Europe. His area of expertise spans a wide variety of strategic issues for leading consumer goods and retail clients.

Johan is the author of numerous articles and is co-author of Rebuilding the Corporate Genome (John Wiley & Sons, 2002).
